Requirements

• Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing to interact successfully with clients and team members
• Visual acuity and observational skills for reviewing important information in both electronic and print formats
• Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, enabling them to lift, move, or assist clients as needed
• Ability to navigate a general office environment and travel to various field sites

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, oral care, and dressing
• Ensuring client safety by observing and reporting any hazards or significant changes in their condition
• Participating in staff meetings and completing required training
• Maintaining patient confidentiality
• Following both written and oral instructions
• Documenting vital signs
• Providing support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as ambulation, transportation, and socialization
• Collaborating with the RN, particularly in reporting patient complaints and abnormal findings
