Requirements
- Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license preferred
- Caregiving experience strongly preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently while following care plans
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Support clients with grooming, bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
- Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and daily routines
- Offer companionship, emotional support, and meaningful engagement
- Observe and report changes in client condition or needs
- Help clients maintain safety, comfort, and independence in their homes
