About The Position

Concierge Care is currently seeking qualified Florida CNAs and Certified HHAs who are passionate about providing quality care in a one-on-one home setting. We are actively matching caregivers with clients throughout Northeast Florida and are looking for dependable professionals interested in flexible scheduling and ongoing opportunities. Our agency has a variety of assignments available, making this a great opportunity for caregivers seeking additional hours or those looking to build a more consistent weekly schedule.

Requirements

• Active Florida CNA license or a Certified HHA certificate issued by a Florida-licensed training school (prior experience with another agency does not qualify)
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• CPR certification
• Social Security card
• A recent health statement (within 6 months) indicating you're free of communicable diseases
• Completed CEUs: 2 hours Alzheimer’s, 1 hour HIV/AIDS & 2 hours Assistance w/ Self Administered Medication
• Required dementia training through Elder Affairs
• AHCA Background Screening Requirement: All employees must complete a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and AHCA Clearinghouse.

Responsibilities

• Providing quality care in a one-on-one home setting.
• Matching caregivers with clients.
• Providing morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight care.
• Providing weekday, weekend, or ongoing PRN schedules.
• Providing higher-hour client cases and extended care shifts.
• Providing regular weekly coverage for multiple clients.
