About The Position
Concierge Care is seeking qualified caregivers, specifically Florida CNAs and Certified HHAs, to join our Northeast Florida team. This role involves providing one-on-one care in private homes. We offer a variety of client assignments, catering to those who need shorter visits as well as those seeking extended-hour schedules. The position offers flexibility for caregivers looking to build a fuller weekly schedule.
Requirements
- Active Florida CNA license or a Certified HHA certificate issued by a Florida-licensed training school (prior experience with another agency does not qualify).
- Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
- CPR certification.
- Social Security card.
- A recent health statement (within 6 months) indicating you're free of communicable diseases.
- Completed CEUs: 2 hours Alzheimer’s, 1 hour HIV/AIDS & 2 hours Assistance w/ Self Administered Medication.
- Required dementia training through Elder Affairs.
- Must complete a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and AHCA Clearinghouse.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care in private homes.
- Fulfill various client needs, ranging from shorter visits to extended-hour schedules.
- Offer flexibility in scheduling to meet client needs.
