About The Position

Emplify Health is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their growing team. This role is 0.75 FTE, equating to 60 hours bi-weekly, with 12-hour shifts. The schedule includes every third Saturday and every other holiday. Scheduling is flexible and unit-specific, with no fixed or permanent schedules. The clinic is located in Onalaska. Emplify Health is a partnership of Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System, a leading not-for-profit, patient-centered healthcare network serving multiple states.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months patient care experience
• Current BLS CPR certification
• LPN licensure to practice in the State of Wisconsin
• Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) certification required within 18 months of hire
