Certified Hemodialysis Tech or LPN, Part-Time
About The Position
Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a part-time LPN or Certified Hemodialysis Tech for our Outpatient Renal Dialysis in Tomah, WI. Be a part of a great team that provides quality care to patients with chronic dialysis needs. This role involves preparing the dialysis machine, collecting and documenting patient treatment data, initiating and discontinuing dialysis treatments, and providing excellent patient care. Requirements
- LPN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin (for LPN role)
- High School diploma or equivalency (for Certified Hemodialysis Tech role)
- 6 months patient care experience (for Certified Hemodialysis Tech role)
- Obtain Certified Hemodialysis tech certification within 18 months of hire (for Certified Hemodialysis Tech role)
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
