About The Position

Momentum Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced and passionate Certified Hand Therapist to join their dynamic team in San Antonio. This role involves evaluating and treating patients with hand, wrist, elbow, and upper extremity conditions, developing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques, providing patient education, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with physicians and healthcare providers. The position contributes to a positive, patient-centered clinic culture and aims to expand the hand therapy department.

Requirements

Current Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) license required.
Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification or actively working toward certification.
Minimum of 1-2 years of hand therapy experience in an outpatient or orthopedic setting.
Current CPR/BLS Certification.
Strong clinical skills in hand therapy, manual therapy, and upper extremity rehabilitation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for patient-centered care and collaboration.
Commitment to continued learning and professional growth.
