About The Position

The Sr. Maintenance Electrician at Flowchem is responsible for the reliability and safety of electrical and control systems at the Waller facility. The role installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains electrical infrastructure, including low- and medium-voltage systems, motor controls, and automated instrumentation that support plant operations. As a senior member of the maintenance team, the electrician mentors junior electricians and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and safety. The work is primarily in industrial plant environments and may involve exposure to high-voltage equipment, moving machinery, loud noise, elevated platforms, and varying weather conditions. Occasional travel to remote Flowchem sites may be required for equipment installations or emergency electrical support. Overtime, on-call rotation, and occasional night or weekend work may be required depending on operational needs. Strict adherence to Flowchem safety, environmental, and electrical standards is mandatory.
