About The Position

AMIkids Manatee is actively hiring for a Certified Teacher, with Math or Science endorsement/certification. As a Certified Teacher with AMIkids, you provide professional instruction and teaching to a diverse population of Youth, including hands-on learning experiences, project-based learning activities, and cooperative learning opportunities in a low-student-teacher ratio setting. AMIkids has served over 160,000 kids and their families since 1969. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education
• Certification in the state (Florida) and area (Math/Science) in which you will teach
• Experience working with at-risk youth (preferred, not a deal-breaker)

Nice To Haves

• Degrees in other fields and are seeking agreements to earn in their field of study
• Training to allow the right candidate to be successful in working with young ones
