About The Position

U.S. Legal Support is actively hiring Certified Digital Reporters in the Grand Rapids, MI area to join our team. This is a full-time, hybrid position with a Monday-Friday schedule, involving work at client sites and remotely.

Requirements

• Must be a Certified Electronic Reporter (CER)
• Ability to obtain a state Notary Commission (guidance provided)

Nice To Haves

• Existing Notary is a plus

Responsibilities

• Administer oaths and participate in depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings in office and professional settings
• Transport, set up, and operate computer and audio equipment for in-person and remote proceedings
• Prepare audio files, exhibits, and related materials for transcription
• Perform administrative tasks when not assigned to legal proceedings
