About The Position
Providence Park Rehabilitation & HealthCare Center is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager for its skilled nursing facility in Mobile, Alabama. The role assists with planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the Dietary department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, while ensuring quality nutritional services are provided daily. The position is suited to someone who wants to work in a fast-paced rehabilitative healthcare environment and help meet residents’ nutritional needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of work experience.
- Supervisory and management experience in Dietary.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Nice To Haves
- Certified Dietary Manager in the State of Alabama (preferred).
