About The Position

Greenwood Village South is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager to lead Health Center dining operations at its non-profit Life Plan Community serving more than 450 residents across all levels of care. The role focuses on quality dining, meaningful resident connections, and hospitality. The manager works with the culinary team and dining staff to meet residents’ needs and preferences, maintain regulatory compliance, and enhance the resident dining experience. The position offers an annual salary of $70,000–$75,000.

Requirements

• Certified Dietary Manager or actively pursuing certification, or Registered Dietitian.
• At least 2 years of food service leadership experience; healthcare experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Passion for serving seniors with dignity and care.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Health Center dining staff.
• Assist with menu planning based on resident needs and preferences.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee food ordering and inventory with the culinary team.
• Maintain accurate diet records and tray card systems.
• Participate in QAPI and leadership meetings.
• Conduct monthly staff in-services and training.
• Elevate dining presentation and the overall resident experience.
• Model and promote a culture of hospitality and respect.
