Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Dietary Manager Program
Successful completion of the Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) Exam
Proven ability to motivate, coach, and supervise food service personnel
Intermediate computer proficiency
Strong mathematical and numerical skills; mechanical aptitude helpful
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
Current knowledge of legislation and regulations affecting standards of care
ServSafe Certification required

Nice To Haves

Two years of healthcare food service experience preferred

Responsibilities

Plays a key role in supporting clinical nutrition services and ensuring the smooth, safe, and effective daily operation of the food services department.
Responsible for carrying out assigned clinical tasks.
Communicating essential clinical information to supervisors.
Helping maintain the highest standards of resident care, regulatory compliance, and departmental performance.
