Requirements

• CDM - Certified Dietary Manager Certification (required to obtain within a few months of employment if not currently held)
• Prior experience as a Food Services Director in a medical facility or a central kitchen is ideal
• Relevant ServSafe, food service & sanitation certifications/training

Nice To Haves

• Nutritional certification is ideal
• Culinary training highly desirable
