About The Position

The team at Queen Street Dental Centre located in Toronto Ontario is looking for a passionate, hard-working Certified Dental Assistant on a part-time temporary basis. The ideal CDA for our practice values playing their part for the team, to equip the Dentist through providing outstanding treatment assistance and preparing the treatment room and dental equipment/instruments for patient arrival. Queen Street Dental Centre is nestled in the vibrant community of Leslieville, in downtown Toronto. We are a busy, multi-disciplinary office providing a full spectrum of dental services. At Queen Street Dental Centre, we put our patients’ health, happiness and trust first. We provide a welcoming atmosphere that makes our patients and staff feel safe and comfortable in our office. We are a neighbourhood clinic that treats patients as individuals and we get to know each and every one of them.

Requirements

• Completion of a Certified/Registered Dental Assisting Level II
• Registered or in process of registering with the Ontario Dental Dental Assistant Association
• 1 year of experience is required
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset

Nice To Haves

• Experience with dental practice management software such as [Abeldent LS+]
• Licensed in other Canadian province(s)
