About The Position
The team at Johnstone Periodontics located in Toronto, Ontario is looking for a passionate, hard-working Certified Dental Assistant on a full-time basis. The ideal CDA for our practice values playing their part for the team, to equip the Dentist through providing outstanding treatment assistance and preparing the treatment room and dental equipment/instruments for patient arrival. We are a busy, fast-paced, fun, and drama-free periodontal office looking for a customer service–driven Dental Assistant with a strong command of English and a passion for exceptional patient care. Requirements
- Completion of a Certified/Registered Dental Assisting Level II
- Registered or in process of registering with the Ontario Dental Association
- 1 year of experience is required
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
- Strong command of English
Nice To Haves
- Experience with dental practice management software such as OptiMicro DentalWare is considered an asset
- New graduates welcome
- Open to those licensed in other Canadian province(s)
