The Dental Specialists is looking for compassionate, skilled, and professional Licensed Dental Assistants to join their growing specialty practices across Minnesota and Wisconsin. The starting wage range is $30.50 - $34.65 per hour.
Requirements
- Current Minnesota Dental Assistant License
- Certification to apply dental sealants, perform gingival cord displacement, and monitor nitrous oxide in Minnesota
- Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or equivalent accredited provider
Responsibilities
- Assist specialists during a variety of specialty dental procedures
- Prepare and organize treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
- Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Support patient comfort before, during, and after treatment
- Educate patients on treatment plans, post-operative care, and oral health
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
- Follow infection prevention and sterilization protocols
- Collaborate with specialists and team members to deliver an exceptional patient experience
- Help support efficient clinical workflows and outstanding specialty patient care
