About The Position
The team at Eastboro Dental, a part of the 123Dentist network, is seeking a passionate and hard-working Certified Dental Assistant, Level II, for a full-time, permanent position in Ottawa, ON. The ideal candidate will be a team player, skilled in providing outstanding treatment assistance to the Dentist, and responsible for preparing the treatment room and dental equipment/instruments for patient arrival. Bilingualism is an asset but not required. The role requires passion, organization, and a willingness to learn new systems, with a bonus for those interested in orthodontics.
Requirements
- Completion of a Certified/Registered Dental Assisting Level II
- NDAEB Completion - REQUIRED
- Registered or in process of registering with the Ontario Dental Assistant Association
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
Nice To Haves
- Bilingualism
- Interest in ortho
- 2-5 years of experience, especially in orthodontics
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Abeldent (Cadi for rads)
