Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience or completion of an accredited dental assistant program.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current radiology certification.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Enjoy working with people and have a service-oriented approach.
• Interest in personal growth and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assist chairside during procedures using four-handed dentistry.
• Set up and break down treatment rooms while maintaining cleanliness and precision.
• Take quality X-rays and radiographs.
• Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols.
• Greet and support patients before, during, and after treatment.
• Provide post-operative instructions and promote oral health education.
• Collaborate with the team to support a seamless workday.
• Manage inventory and contribute to overall office flow.
• Help deliver a positive patient experience and support the office culture.
