Mackenzie West Dental is looking for a Certified Dental Assistant Level II who is passionate about patient care, enjoys working alongside an experienced clinical team, and is looking to grow with a modern, patient-focused practice. This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving clinic that is continuing to grow. We are currently hiring for a part-time position with the opportunity to transition into full-time as our patient base continues to expand. Saturday availability is required. Requirements
- Certified Dental Assistant Level II designation
- Current HARP Certification
- Current CPR Certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for patient care
- Ability to work independently while thriving as part of a collaborative team

- Previous dental assisting experience
Responsibilities
- Assisting the dentist during a wide range of clinical procedures
- Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring operatories are fully stocked and organized
- Sterilizing instruments and maintaining IPAC standards
- Taking digital radiographs in accordance with HARP certification
- Providing patients with pre- and post-operative instructions
- Supporting procedures such as restorative dentistry, extractions, implants, endodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and more
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and charting
- Collaborating with the administrative team to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Contributing to a positive, professional, and patient-focused clinic culture
