Requirements

Background in training, coaching, or teaching in a technical environment.
Knowledge of heavy equipment systems like engines, hydraulics, and electrical components.
Comfortable using computers and tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to travel up to 50% to support training across locations.
Valid work authorization and ability to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Lead engaging classroom and hands-on sessions that help service teams and customers build confidence with equipment.
Create and refine training materials for Wirtgen equipment and John Deere systems that make complex topics easier to understand.
Support teams and customers with guidance and troubleshooting when questions come up.
Work with technicians to understand trends and bring real-world issues into training.
