About The Position

It's a great time to join team acac! We are seeking an enthusiastic Dance Fitness/Zumba Instructor to lead high-energy classes in our vibrant studio. The ideal candidate will have a passion for dance, a motivating personality, and experience in creating engaging and effective workouts. Join our team and inspire our members to move, sweat, and have fun! The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for fitness, and the ability to create a positive and inclusive class environment.

Requirements

Current AFAA or ACE Primary Group Ex certification and/or related specialty certification (Les Mills, Zumba, AEA, CPT…)
Must be at least 18 years old.
Read, sign, and abide by the policies included in the Team Member Handbook.
Park in team member designated areas.
Proficient computer skills.

Nice To Haves

Current certification in indoor cycling instruction.
High School Diploma preferred.
Prior experience teaching group exercise classes is highly desired.
Superior customer service skills.
Must have excellent communication skills to work positively with different populations.

Responsibilities

Lead high-energy classes in our vibrant studio.
Inspire members to move, sweat, and have fun.
Create engaging and effective workouts.
Create a positive and inclusive class environment.
Successfully demonstrate proper exercise techniques.
Actively participate in classes.
Assist whenever necessary in any area of the club to keep club neat and clean.
Attend mandatory Personal Training meetings.
Assist with Service Days, as assigned by Supervisor.
Assist with club programs, special events, or activities, as assigned by Supervisor.
Promptly respond to work-related correspondence.
Exhibit a positive attitude at all times.
Deliver outstanding service to members and guests, following acac’s FiveStar principles.
