About The Position

As the chief clinical training site for the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, the hospital provides a dynamic environment for high-quality care, teaching, and cutting edge research. Receives, identifies, disassembles, decontaminates, inspects, assembles and sterilizes all reusable supplies and patient care equipment for issues. Issues supplies and equipment. Sterile Processing Certification must be obtained within 18 months of hire or transfer.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 year experience in decontamination and sterilization of supplies, surgical, instruments and equipment.
- Sterile Processing Certification must be obtained within 18 months of hire or transfer.
- Cert Reg Central Service Tech Required or Cert SPD Technician Required
Responsibilities
