About The Position

Empower Behavior Solutions is seeking compassionate, motivated Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) to join their growing team. They provide high-quality ABA services designed to help children build meaningful skills, increase independence, and reach their full potential. This position involves providing 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and school settings, with no clinic-based services offered. The current opportunity is for a CBT to provide services in Puyallup to a 7-year-old client.

Requirements

• Active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data
• Reliable transportation to the client's location
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassion, patience, and a commitment to helping children succeed
• Willingness to provide in-person services

Nice To Haves

• Previous ABA therapy experience
• Two or more years of experience working with children
• Interest in future hybrid or virtual ABA opportunities
• Female CBT / Experienced CBT / Open to all qualified CBTs

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs
• Deliver services in the client's home and/or school
• Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session
• Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians
• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment
• Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
