About The Position
Empower Behavior Solutions ABA is seeking motivated and compassionate Certified Behavior Technicians (CBT) to join their expanding program. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by helping children grow, learn, and succeed, and to be part of breakthrough moments firsthand.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Current CBT certification
- Ability to work effectively, accurately, and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions
- Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting the autism community
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of two years’ experience working with children
- Experience with ABA data collection & session documentation
Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings
- Collect accurate session data and enter supporting documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session
- Ensure that each client’s individual Behavior Plan is implemented as written by BCBA
- Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA
