About The Position

Empower Behavior Solutions is seeking compassionate, motivated Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to help children build meaningful skills, gain independence, and reach their full potential through high-quality ABA services. The position involves providing 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and school settings, with no clinic-based services offered. The company is actively hiring for current and upcoming home and school-based cases in the Tacoma area. Hours vary based on client availability and the technician's schedule, with opportunities for additional virtual ABA hours.

Requirements

Active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification is required.
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data
Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and schools
Strong communication and organizational skills
Compassion, patience, and a passion for helping children succeed

Nice To Haves

Two or more years of experience working with children
Previous ABA therapy experience

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs
Deliver services in clients' homes and school settings
Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session
Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians
Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment for every client
Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
