About The Position

Empower Behavior Solutions is seeking compassionate, motivated Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) to join their virtual ABA team. This role involves providing 1:1 virtual ABA therapy to children throughout Washington State, helping them build skills, gain independence, and reach their full potential through high-quality ABA services, all performed from the comfort of home. The position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to combine virtual sessions with in-person cases if desired.

Requirements

• Active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous ABA therapy experience
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• A quiet, professional workspace suitable for telehealth sessions
• Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills
• Comfort engaging children through virtual platforms

Nice To Haves

• Previous telehealth ABA experience
• Two or more years of experience working with children

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one virtual Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs in a telehealth setting
• Engage clients using evidence-based ABA strategies in an interactive virtual environment
• Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session
• Communicate professionally with families and supervising clinicians
• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive virtual learning environment for every client
• Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
