ASE Certified Automotive Technician
About The Position
Hertz is hiring an ASE-certified automotive technician to perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs on a diverse fleet of vehicles. The role supports vehicle safety, reliability, quality, and fleet readiness in a fast-paced, team-oriented shop environment. The technician uses shop equipment such as lifts, tire machines, alignment equipment, and scan tools. Starting pay is $18.75 per hour, with an additional $0.75 per hour for each ASE certification and monthly performance incentives averaging $553. Eligible employees may receive an annual tool allowance of up to $800 after one year of service. Employees are paid weekly and may be eligible for holiday pay. Requirements
- At least one year of vehicle maintenance experience.
- At least two ASE certifications.

- Ability to operate common automotive shop equipment.
- Own the tools required for job responsibilities.
- Valid driver's license.
