About The Position

Towbin Dodge Ram is expanding its high-volume service department and is looking for experienced, certified technicians to join their team. They are hiring for several specialized positions including Stellantis Phase 3 Certified Technicians, Alfa Romeo Technicians, and Dodge Transmission Technicians. This is an opportunity for technicians with strong dealership experience, advanced diagnostic skills, and Stellantis certifications to join a busy shop with consistent workflow, excellent earning potential, and long-term career growth.

Requirements

• Stellantis Certification Required
• Automotive dealership technician experience
• Advanced diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Engine and/or transmission repair experience
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume dealership environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Stellantis Phase 3 Certification
• Master-Level Stellantis Certifications
• CDJR / Mopar Certifications
• Alfa Romeo Certification or dealership experience
• Advanced transmission experience
• ASE Certifications

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on Stellantis vehicles
• Diagnose electrical, drivability, engine, suspension, and transmission concerns
• Perform engine and transmission removal and replacement
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Utilize factory diagnostic equipment and OEM repair procedures
• Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs according to manufacturer standards
• Maintain accurate repair orders and service documentation
• Communicate repair recommendations and timelines with Service Advisors
• Perform thorough vehicle inspections
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist and mentor other technicians when needed
