About The Position
Certified Auditor (Aerospace) Currently seeking for a Certified Auditor to perform audits across USA to support our customer in Canada. Potential of 10-15 audits per year for an ongoing contract base duration. Requirements
- A certification of Auditor (AS9100D)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working in aerospace
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an auditor
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Supplier Quality Management
- Excellent knowledge of the AS9100 Quality Management Systems
- Problem solving expertise (8D, 5 Why’s, Fishbone, Root Cause Analysis, etc.)
- Basic working knowledge and experience (e.g.: Lean Manufacturing, 5S, 6-Sigma Green Belt, etc.). Sampling Procedures and Tables, Inspection Plans, and Special Processes.
- Experience with AS9102 First Article Inspection
- Experience with AS13001 Supplier Self Release
- Ability to read customer and supplier engineering drawings including basic knowledge of GD& T.
- Less than two years of Inactivity as quality professional.
- Proven experience directly related to Aerospace Quality Management Systems and Manufacturing shop floor activity.
- Availability to travel more than 50% of the time
- Detail Oriented Self-Starter
