About The Position

Team Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) to work on-site at a large high school. This role involves providing care to athletes and active individuals, working collaboratively with Physical Therapists, physicians, coaches, and employers to ensure they remain healthy, strong, and perform at their best. Team Rehabilitation is a therapist-owned network of outpatient clinics with a reputation for excellent outcomes and patient satisfaction, committed to providing their team with the necessary tools, time, and support to succeed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree from a CAATE-accredited Athletic Training program
BOC certification
Licensed as an Athletic Trainer
CPR certified
Strong communication skills to effectively manage athlete triage and build relationships with parents, coaches, and school personnel.

Responsibilities

Providing onsite athletic training services at practices, games, and scrimmages.
Recognizing, evaluating, and managing injuries, including emergency care.
Developing and implementing rehabilitation and injury prevention programs.
Maintaining strong relationships for Team Rehabilitation to ensure excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Assisting with clinical protocols and participating in company-supported research studies.
Engaging in continuous professional development through company events and continuing education allowances.
