About The Position
Habitat America seeks an experienced, professional Full-time Certification Specialist for Bethany House in Montgomery County, MD. Bethany House is a dynamic and engaging senior housing community within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The Certification Specialist must have excellent customer service skills, written and oral communications skills and an attention to detail. Prior property management Tax Credit experience is desired but not required for this role. TCS certifications are a plus! Pay commensurate with experience.

- Valid state driver's license and transportation required
Nice To Haves
- Prior property management Tax Credit experience
- TCS certifications
- Prior property management experience as an Certification Specialist, Assistant Manager and/or Leasing
- Tax Credit Experience
- TCS certification
- Experience with planning resident events and newsletter planning
- Yardi Software experience strongly preferred
