The Division of Real Estate & Professional Licensing is seeking candidates to fill a Certification/Licensure Examiner 2 position on the licensing team. The Certification/Licensure Examiner 2 will perform the following duties which include, but are not limited to: Reviewing and verifying required documents to assist with acquiring, maintaining or reactivating a Real Estate or professional license and communicating any needs/corrections to internal and external customers. Understanding and articulating the codes which regulate Real Estate and other professional licenses and apply them in different scenarios. Communicating through email and telephone the requirements of licensees to acquire, maintain, reactivate and resign/cancel licenses. This position works with the Licensing manager to ensure applications are processed in a timely manner. Periodically compiling reports, drawing conclusions from these reports and preparing and sending basic correspondence.
