About The Position

Ondas Networks is seeking an experienced Certification Engineer to lead and coordinate domestic and international product-compliance testing for private wireless networking solutions. The role serves as the primary interface among internal engineering teams, external laboratories, approval agencies, and certification partners, guiding products from development through testing and approval while managing schedules, documentation, and technical issues that may affect compliance or time to market. The engineer participates in design and development reviews, identifies certification requirements and risks, and works with engineering teams to resolve compliance issues. The role develops and maintains compliance plans, coordinates laboratories and other stakeholders, establishes and oversees testing, analyzes results and failures, manages corrective actions and approval applications, and maintains certification records and databases. It also produces reports and updates, coordinates testing priorities, supports test and documentation automation, stays current on applicable requirements, and maintains confidentiality. The position requires extended periods of work in an office and computer-laboratory environment. The successful candidate must be able to sit, stand, stoop, crawl, push, pull, and lift up to 40 pounds unassisted as needed for product testing and laboratory activities. The base salary range is $95,000–$150,000 per year. The position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, which may include annual incentive compensation, health benefits, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits, subject to applicable plan terms.
