About The Position

Ho'olaulima Government Solutions LLC (HGS) is a Small Business Administration-certified, Native Hawaiian Organization-Owned, 8(a) Small Business that provides services and solutions in the areas of Environmental Services, Information Technology Services, Healthcare Services and Professional and Technical Services to the Department of Defense and other Federal agencies. HGS is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Kina'ole Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit established to benefit Native Hawaiian communities. The Certification and Accreditation Specialist provides Information Security and Assurance, Risk and Vulnerability Assessment and Management, Incident Handling and Response Certification and Accreditation for PACAFs SecureView, VDI and CSfC Project.

Requirements

Required certification must include Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
5+ years of experience with Certification & Accreditation packages, Risk Management Framework, STIGs, and security controls in a DOD environment.

Responsibilities

Perform as a Project Lead for C&A efforts for the systems applying the Risk Management Framework providing monthly status reports, inputs for project plans, project milestones, and any operation checklists required.
Develop implementation controls, CONOPS, Access Controls, Configuration Management, Incident Response, Risk Assessment, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity and related policies and procedures.
Provide oversight of testing and training procedure development, vulnerability scans and STIG implementation.
Perform as project lead through all stages of the NIST Risk Management Framework from Categorization through Controls Implementation, Self-Assessment, ATO, and Continuous Monitoring.
Provide engineering and information assurance support to the Department of Defense Agency to include performing customer requirement reviews and engineering analysis for the selection and implementation of cross domain solutions.
Work with the National Security Agency (NSA) and other outside agencies to ensure the continued and secure operation of the SecureView, VDI, and CSfC projects
