Requirements
- Certified as a Phlebotomy Technician (PBT/CPT) as outlined in AHS Laboratory SOP Name: Certification Pathway and Certification.
Responsibilities
- Performing venipuncture and related procedures under the direct supervision of the Phlebotomy Team lead.
- Acting as the departmental ambassador and providing excellent customer service.
- Ensuring all actions align with the philosophy, policies, and procedures established by the hospital and department.
