Requirements
- Certified Phlebotomist
- Hands-on patient care experience
- Clinical autonomy
Responsibilities
- Performing venipuncture and related procedures under the direct supervision of the Phlebotomy Team lead, adhering to the philosophy, policies, and procedures established by the hospital and department.
- Serving as the departmental ambassador and providing excellent customer service.
