About The Position

Be mentored and supported to obtain your Certificate III by our experienced team of Educators Part-time, working 48 hrs per fortnight, including dedicated non-contact study time Access up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits & increase take-home pay Your new role As an Early Childhood Trainee Certificate III Educator, you will gain hands-on experience and knowledge in early childhood education while working under the supervision of experienced childcare professionals. This traineeship is a great opportunity if you’re interested in starting a career in early childhood education or returning to study. You’ll work alongside experienced educators while completing your Certificate III, gaining hands-on experience in a supportive, community-based setting. This role is designed to provide practical training and support towards obtaining a formal qualification in the Early Years Sector. You will assist in the day-to-day operations of the childcare centre, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for young children. You will also be well-supported in your role by our Education Leader/ECT and Service Leader who will mentor and support you through your learning journey. Requirements

Motivated self-starters who like using their initiative and feel confident to work in a new team and work environment
Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Certificates- or willingness to obtain them.
