About The Position

The CEO oversees strategic growth, financial performance, and daily business operations. This role involves setting strategic plans for expansion, fostering a positive workplace culture, and managing board relations. Key responsibilities include financial oversight, process optimization, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. The CEO will also supervise key leaders, oversee talent acquisition, and manage the overall team and resources.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior executive leadership role, preferably as a CEO, COO, or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic business plans.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading a company within the dental field.
• Track record of driving organizational growth and innovation.
• Familiarity with corporate governance and board relations.
• Experience in managing large, diverse teams across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Set 3-to-5-year plans for opening new locations, scaling operations, or preparing the group for partnership.
• Shape a positive workplace culture focused on high staff retention and exceptional patient care.
• Report major milestones, performance metrics, and financial status directly to the board of directors.
• Manage consolidated profit and loss statements, budgeting, cash flow, and overhead costs.
• Implement centralized billing, scheduling, and administrative systems to drive efficiency across clinics.
• Ensure all offices follow state, federal, and healthcare regulatory standards, including OSHA, HIPAA, and state dental board rules.
• Supervise key leaders on the corporate team.
• Oversee high-level talent acquisition for both administrative staff and clinical staff.
