About The Position

The CEO Office Operations leader serves as the operational arm of the CEO office. This role ensures operational effectiveness with the Executive Committee, helps facilitate enterprise-wide strategic conversations through effective meeting planning and owns and runs special internal programs.

  • Deep understanding of technology industry trends, competitive dynamics, customer ecosystems, and enterprise strategy.
  • Experience in executive stakeholder management and governance processes.
  • Typically 7+ years total experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area.
  • University degree required or demonstrable equivalent experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of research methodology for the most challenging business issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and influence skills.
  • Excellent project management skills, including leading large, cross-functional initiatives that impact the organization.
  • Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.
  • Strong leadership skills, including team-building, conflict resolution, and management.
  • Ability to lead multiple, large, time sensitive projects or work streams.
  • Ability to identify emerging trends from market and industry data, and make clear and compelling business planning recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate CEO business reviews and leadership operating cadences.
  • Maintain CEO action tracking mechanisms and leadership dashboards to ensure accountability and execution against key priorities.
  • Manage Executive Committee meetings, including agenda development, content coordination, action management, and meeting logistics.
  • Lead the design and continuous improvement of Executive Committee governance processes and leadership operating rhythms.
  • Drive agenda development and strategic discussions for executive leadership meetings in partnership with the Chief of Staff.
  • Establish enterprise-wide frameworks, dashboards, and measurement systems that improve execution and accountability across leadership teams.
  • Lead highly visible cross-functional initiatives sponsored by the CEO Office.
  • Align teams across Corporate Strategy, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Legal, HR, BU and Communications functions for special projects such as milestone initiatives, intern programs, Houston engagements, plus others.
  • Continue to find ways to utilize and get more visibility internally to the CEO.
  • Design and implement processes, templates, governance models, and operational frameworks that improve effectiveness of executive leadership teams.
  • Sponsor continuous improvement initiatives that enhance decision-making, communication, and execution discipline across the company.
