About The Position

Goodstart is seeking a Centre Director for its Springvale South centre. The Director will lead the centre, support and develop its Teachers and Educators, and build meaningful relationships with children, families and the community. The role includes delivering Goodstart’s bespoke learning program, developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice, and fostering a talented team and a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement. The Director will also work with the team to plan for the centre’s future, build attendance and maintain a revenue-generating business.

Requirements

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
• Experience leading and managing change within education, health or community services.
• Experience delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
• Commercial acumen and experience managing financial and operational performance.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via the Geccko platform.
• Valid working with children check, or ability to obtain one.
