Centralized Scheduler
About The Position
Nulton Diagnostic & Treatment Center is seeking a Centralized Scheduler to gather new patient information and schedule new patient appointments for all of its outpatient offices. The role also involves answering multi-line telephones, entering information into a computer, and performing other job-related duties as assigned. This is a full-time position. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills.
- At least one year of experience working in an office setting.
- Must be able to obtain Act 33, Act 34, and FBI clearances.
Responsibilities
- Gather new patient information.
- Schedule new patient appointments for all Nulton Diagnostic & Treatment Center outpatient offices.
- Answer multi-line telephone.
- Perform computer entry.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
