The Centralized Referral Coordinator owns the referral-to-appointment process for the Schweiger network. The role receives outside-provider referrals for all locations and works them from intake through booking and communication back to the referring office. This includes ensuring referrals are complete, contacting patients, scheduling them with an appropriate provider and location, and maintaining accurate status information so referrals are handled promptly and do not get lost. The role works a centralized referral queue and follows established standards for turnaround, follow-up, and urgent referrals. It collaborates with office managers, the Patient Support Center, and clinical staff to resolve scheduling conflicts and capacity gaps, while monitoring referral performance and escalating recurring issues. The position is primarily remote, though in-person team meetings may occasionally be required for events or business needs. It is open to candidates located in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Missouri, Minnesota, and California.
