About The Position

The Centralized Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting leasing execution while providing analytical oversight to ensure operational consistency, compliance, and performance across Elmington Living’s portfolio. This position is designed to be both hands-on and strategic. The Analyst actively supports centralized leasing activities by working applications and prospect profiles, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company SOPs. In addition, this role analyzes leasing performance, audits workflows and data integrity, and delivers actionable insights that drive efficiency, accountability, and improved leasing outcomes across both lease-up and stabilized properties. As part of the Centralized Operations department, the Centralized Operations Analyst serves as a key bridge between Centralized Leasing and Onsite Teams—helping ensure centralized operations continue to scale effectively while maintaining high standards of execution. This role does not involve HR-related responsibilities such as hiring, payroll, benefits, or formal training.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in property management, centralized leasing, operations, or related analytical role
  • Ability to understand and carry out industry-specific written and oral instructions
  • Ability to present information clearly, concisely, and professionally to multiple audiences
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with centralized teams, onsite staff, and leadership
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and data sources
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret trends and translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Advanced proficiency in property management systems, CRM platforms, and reporting tools
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when reviewing applications, concessions, and inventory data
  • Ability to adapt to evolving processes, regulations, and operational needs
  • Self-directed with a passion for operational excellence, continuous improvement, and accountability

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day centralized leasing activities by working prospect profiles and rental applications
  • Review applications for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company and regulatory requirements
  • Communicate with applicants to collect missing documentation and resolve application issues
  • Coordinate with Centralized Leasing Specialists, Compliance Teams, and onsite staff to ensure timely application progression
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM, Fortress, and other systems
  • Monitor lead follow-up times, application processing timelines, approval rates, and move-in timelines
  • Track individual and team performance against established benchmarks and service standards
  • Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve conversion performance and leasing efficiency
  • Partner with leadership to recommend corrective actions or process adjustments
  • Audit move-in dates to identify stale or inaccurate entries and correct discrepancies
  • Conduct concession audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across properties
  • Document findings and provide summarized insights for leadership review
  • Conduct regular leasing pipeline audits to ensure applicant statuses, documentation, and communication logs are accurate
  • Monitor centralized and onsite communication to ensure alignment with company standards
  • Review floorplan availability to confirm inventory accuracy
  • Analyze leasing performance by floorplan and unit type to identify high-performing and underperforming layouts
  • Recommend process improvements, workflow enhancements, and automation opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver clear, actionable reporting to Centralized Operations and Regional Leadership
  • Support departmental initiatives focused on operational efficiency, compliance, and leasing success
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
