Centralized Intake Coordinator
About The Position
We are expanding our Centralized Intake department and looking for 4 strong individuals to open our 2nd successful intake office in Cheswick, PA. If you are someone that enjoys working on a team in a fast-paced environment, this may be a great fit for you. This position is responsible for responding to and processing referrals for our 13 skilled nursing communities located in the Greater Pittsburgh market. The role involves coordinating referrals with communities to transition admissions. This is a full-time position with weekend rotation and requires reporting to the office; it is not a remote position.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of Admissions experience in a skilled nursing facility or like environment
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid/Managed Care programs
- Basic computer skills
