The City and County of Denver is seeking a Facilities Maintenance CUP Superintendent to manage the day-to-day operations of the central utility plant at Denver International Airport. This role ensures the efficient and reliable functioning of critical systems, including managing supervisors and engineers, overseeing maintenance responsibilities for Central Utility Plants, Pre-conditioned Air Plants, Primary Pump Rooms, and Heating, Chill, and Condenser systems. The superintendent will also be responsible for developing and mentoring teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory and environmental standards, implementing safety protocols, forecasting expenses, managing budgets for operational and capital projects, disseminating information to staff, directing performance evaluation standards, providing training opportunities, and establishing preventive maintenance and repair programs for airport facilities and equipment.
