Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience (within the past 5 years) working in a Supply Chain environment utilizing a computerized Materials Management Information System.

Nice To Haves

• Coursework/Training: Inventory and supply distribution management courses.
• Forklift certification upon hire.
• Experience in a healthcare environment.
• Experience with material handling equipment (hand trucks, pallet jack, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Conducts physical inventory of supply areas, such as patient care and ancillary areas.
• Utilizes the MM (Material Management) System to enter data and generate pick tickets.
• Accurately picks items listed on pick tickets.
• Responsible for delivery and stocking of materials to the various supply areas.
• Stocks materials from warehouse to clean distribution areas.
• Rotates stock in MSC Inventories, FH ED or Issaquah Campus and on par levels on a first-in/first-out basis for all items that do not have manufacture expiration dates printed on the item and/or packaging.
• Rotates stock in MSC Inventory and on par levels on an earliest expiration date first-out basis for all items that do have manufacture expiration dates printed on the item and/or packaging.
