About The Position

O’Neill Healthcare North Olmsted is currently seeking a Med Records/Central Supply Coordinator to join their team. This is a Monday through Friday position, splitting time as an STNA/PCA and Med Recs/Central Supply. Requirements

• Licensed STNA in Ohio
• Experience in all aspects of office procedures: typing, filing, telephone manner, etc.
• Must enjoy working with the elderly and possess the ability to work well with others.
• Must be in good health, with no lifting restrictions, neat and clean.
• Must project a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive care to residents by ensuring proper levels of supplies are maintained.
• Pull ancillary charges from resident charts and prepare monthly billing.
• Organize stock rooms.
• Prepare discharge summaries.
• Make copies of charts, as needed.
• Assist with telephone calls.
• Other jobs as assigned by the Administrator.
