About The Position

Responsible for cleaning instruments, equipment, and other small medical items used throughout the facility; preparing packs; sterilizing instruments and supplies; documenting and storing records; and performing routine monthly and quarterly cleaning, folding, and storing linen.

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Current IAHCSMM certification; if not certified upon hire, certification must be obtained within two years of the hire date.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to communicate effectively as a member of a team.
• Ability to maintain composure in a busy working environment.
• Technical and critical-thinking skills required to complete the duties described in the job description.
