About The Position

Cooperative Response Center, Inc. (CRC) is seeking a Central Station Operator to join their team at the Austin Center. The operator will be responsible for dispatching appropriate responders, assisting with data entry, and ensuring prompt and efficient responses to all calls. Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a Call Center setting is preferred

Responsibilities

Handle consumer alarms, including medical, environmental, and security alerts.
Dispatch appropriate responders.
Assist with data entry.
Ensure prompt and efficient response to all calls.
Facilitate a professional and empathetic connection with callers, including dealers, installers, and subscribers.
Provide comfort and assistance to upset customers through effective de-escalation techniques.
Respond to alarms/calls efficiently, troubleshoot accurately, and document actions taken.
Maintain strict confidentiality of member/associate information.
Adhere to CRC policies with precision and professionalism.
